Mr. Patel is the founder of the Arman Financial Services and its subsidiary, Namra Finance Ltd. He has more than 25 years of Senior Managerial and board level experience in the finance sector. After completing his education in USA, he joined a partnership in USA namely Kapps Pharmaceuticals. Later he returned to India to initially concentrate on the textile business and later expanded in the field of finance. He devoted fulltime attention to Arman in 1992, and lead a successful IPO of the company in 1995. Mr. Patel is a founder member of the Gujarat Finance companies Association and presently secretary of the Association. He is also the managing partner of J. B. Patel & Co., which leases commercial office space in Ahmedabad. He was a Member of the Finance and Banking Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI), and the Managing trustee of B. M. Patel Charitable Foundation.

Mr. Aalok Patel has 10 years of experience in the financial sector. He holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance and a Masters in Accountancy from Drake University (USA), and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the US. He brings a vast array of new innovative knowledge to the Company. Post his education, he worked as an independent auditor for KPMG for 4 years, where many of his clients were in the Fortune 100 list, mainly in the Financial Services sector. He also brings experience from John Deere Credit, the equipment financing arm of John Deere & Co. He currently works for Arman& Namra full-time as an Executive Director since 2010, and mostly concentrates on the group's Microfinance and MSME division.

Mr. Pinakin Surendra Shah is a renowned Practicing Company Secretary, Registered Valuer, and Insolvency Professional with over 40 years of experience. He brings a unique blend of legal expertise and financial acumen. His deep understanding of Company Law, Securities Law coupled with his valuation and restructuring expertise, positions him to contribute significantly to corporate governance and strategic decision making. Before starting his practice, he was in employment from 01/08/1978 till 31/10/1998. The last employment was with Gujarat Lease Financing Limited as General Manager and Company Secretary. He was CEO of subsidiary Company GLFL Housing Finance Limited & GLFL Securities Limited, a broking outfit – member of BSE NSE and ASE. He was in charge of liability products and mobilized more than Rs 500 crore as FD from four lakh plus retail investors. He also worked as Finance Controller for almost ten years.

Yash Shah is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is a chartered accountant since 2005 and is in field of consulting/practice for nearly 20 years. His prime area of focus and expertise is providing consultation to clients in the fields of Transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO’s, Valuations, Compliances and other regulatory laws. He is currently a partner with a leading CA firm named M/s Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP overseeing the Advisory vertical of the firm. He is also actively associated with a boutique M&A Advisory Firm, Transaction Square LLP wherein he engages and overviews the clients based in Gujarat. Yash was earlier associated and working with KPMG, Mumbai in the Merger and Acquisitions Tax Department. He has written various papers for organizations such as Jain International Trade Organizations, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries (GCCI) Chartered Accountant Association (CAA). He currently serves as an Independent Director in many other listed entities and also as a Co Chairman of the Direct Tax Committee of the GCCI. He is also Independent Director at holding Company Arman Financial Services Limited.

Mrs. Ritaben J. Patel, is a Graduate in Economics. She also hold Banking qualifications from First National Bank of Chicago, USA. She has worked with various US banks like First National Bank of Chicago, Golf Mill Bank, Morton Grove Bank in various capacities for more than a decade.
